1. Overview

ThemeWand provides a Chrome extension for previewing color themes on live websites under a one-time payment model with a free trial. These Terms apply to all users of the service.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 5-day free trial for new users. After the trial ends, you will be prompted to purchase a license key to continue using Pro features.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed securely via Polar.
• Prices are displayed in USD.
• By completing the purchase, you authorize Polar to process your payment on our behalf.
• ThemeWand does not store any credit card or payment information.
• Each license key can be activated on up to 3 devices.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering and making payment.
• Use the service lawfully and not engage in harmful or disruptive activities.
• Not share, resell, or transfer your license key to unauthorized parties.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a harmful manner.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ThemeWand. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

7. Data & Privacy

• We only store the minimum information necessary to operate the service.
• Payment information is processed exclusively through Polar and not stored by us.

8. Limitation of Liability

ThemeWand is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
